1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Krill ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Krill is a mobile application that connects your device's sensors (location, camera, microphone) to your AI assistant through the Matrix protocol. The Service includes:

  • iOS and Android mobile applications
  • Integration with OpenClaw/Clawdbot gateways
  • Optional managed infrastructure (Pro/Premium/Enterprise)

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Pricing and Payment

Free Tier

The Free tier is provided at no cost but requires you to operate your own infrastructure (BYOG - Bring Your Own Gateway).

Paid Tiers

  • Pro ($19/month): Managed infrastructure, you provide LLM API keys
  • Premium ($39/month): Fully managed, LLM included
  • Enterprise (from $99/month): Custom deployment, SLA, dedicated support

Prices may change with 30 days notice. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Transmit malware or harmful code
  • Abuse the service or use it in ways that degrade performance for others
  • Record or transmit data from third parties without consent

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Silverbacking AI SL. You retain ownership of all data you transmit through the Service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws when using sensor features.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.

Krill is currently in beta. Features may change, and the service may have occasional disruptions. We appreciate your patience and feedback.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silverbacking AI SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
